Men’s Cricket

North London runs five Saturday senior teams, all playing in the Middlesex League structure. We also have a Sunday team and an U21 squad in the Middlesex Development League. We select teams on merit based upon performance to ensure there is always competition for places but we can offer an opportunity for cricketers of all abilities and experience to get a game.

Our 1st  XI currently play in Division 1 of the Middlesex County Cricket League. Our longer term goal is to push for promotion to the Premier League. We believe that our aims and ambitions will be achieved through a hard work ethic led by our head coaches, and through development and promotion of talented young cricketers. We run winter training from January to April and we have two senior outdoor training sessions a week throughout the cricket season.

Nestled at the foot of leafy Alexandra Palace, the club undoubtedly provides one of the most picturesque settings in London whilst being only 10 minutes from both Highgate and Finsbury Park tube stations. With a private clubhouse containing a fully licenced bar, and a warm and inclusive group of players, the club thrives socially off the field just as much as much as on it.

If you would like to join NLCC as a senior player, umpire or scorer (and we can help with scoring and umpiring courses) or would like any other information, please use the enquiry button on the right.

“NLCC is an established, competitive and all-inclusive cricket club. With a scenic walk through the surrounding woods I had to remind myself I was in central London. It’s a great place to spend every weekend playing cricket. The grounds are always in top condition thanks to our dedicated ground staff.”
